Working on an interdisciplinary team with Perkins Eastman Architects, Urbanomics prepared a market analysis for a proposed mixed-use commercial village on a 92-acre master-planned site area. The market analysis, consisting of residential, office, hospitality, and warehousing property types, informed the development plan for the master-planned site. The analysis went beyond short-term trends, including forecasts of likely future land uses including demand for housing, office, and warehouse space in the corridor based upon existing regional population and employment models as well as the likely impacts of a major highway improvement and the establishment of a Tesla Gigafactory campus on the southern end of the corridor.
